Quarantine for travelers from India

As of May 1, travelers from India must be quarantined for 10 days.

The Official State Gazette of Wednesday, April 28, establishes the new quarantine conditions for those people from India upon arrival in Spain.

In this way, those travelers who arrive on a flight from any airport in India, must keep quarantine for 10 days after their arrival or during their entire stay in Spain if this is less.

During this period, they must remain at their home or accommodation, and limiting their trips to the acquisition of food and basic necessities, or to attending health establishments or services.

This quarantine can end sooner if the person obtains a negative result of an RT-PRC test or equivalent on the seventh day.

The health authorities and the State Security Forces and Bodies may contact the people in quarantine to carry out their follow-up.
