The Labor Reform under debate in the Business Association.

THE ASSOCIATION OF ENTREPRENEURS RECOVERS THE PRESENTIAL CONFERENCES AFTER TWO YEARS TO ADDRESS THE LABOR REFORM

Thirty businessmen and technicians participated in the Wednesday, January 26, in the first informative and training session of the year organized by the Association of Entrepreneurs Polígono San Cibrao.

But the particularity was in another circumstance: it is also the first to be held in person since the start of the pandemic, in March 2020, almost two years later.

The content, moreover, could not be of greater interest or more current: the labor reform.

“After the historic agreement between the government, trade unions and business organizations, we have to break down the novelties that the regulations incorporate, their applications and consequences,” said José Antonio Rodríguez Araujo at the beginning of the session.

José Antonio Fernández-Kelly, expert in Labor Law, Social Security and Civil Service, professor at the University of Vigo and arbitrator of the Galician Council of Labor Relations, was in charge of all this.
